LGBTQs suffer from image psychosis.  Image psychosis is the mental condition in which one believes that all of their mental experiences are mental images (imaginations).  All mental experiences are manifestations, not imaginations.  Now, of course, some mental experiences, that is, some mental manifestations, are imaginations.
